2017 Week 5 in Review

Despite the cold, drizzly weather, I managed to make some nice progress on the playhouse this weekend. I finished notching the posts, and installed both of the beams with ½” carriage bolts.

The family is on the mend. Christina got treated for flu, and Grey returned to school earlier in the week.

On the work front, we closed out principal development of the next generation of our virtual appliances. I’m excited about the work the team has done on our build system, and we’re even better poised to make our customers successful, regardless of their install form factor. The team rolls on to bug fixes for our next minor release of the Zenoss platform.

It’s also annual review time. We’re transitioning to Catalytic Coaching this year, replacing our once-a-year document-based employee appraisal system.
